Total Gym Glute Exercises WOD – 5 Simple Exercises

This Total Gym WOD will focus on the glutes and, by extension, the hips, thighs, and legs. You will need a Total Gym or similar incline bodyweight machine for all of these Total Gym glute exercises. Each exercise should be performed for 10-15 reps for 2-3 sets.

Equipment

Total Gym or other Incline Bodyweight Machine

Warm Up

Perform your preferred leg and glute stretches and warm-up.

Set the incline to a challenging level. Watch the video at least once to understand how the exercises are to be performed.

Total Gym Glute Workout

10-15 Squats
10-15 Jump Wide Squats (Jump and swing your legs out wide, then back in to land on the board.)
10-15 Side single leg squats
10-15 Reverse Lunges
10-15 Outer Hip & Thigh (place your feet on the inside of the pulley cable and press outward).
