This WOD for the full body starts with a four exercise warm-up, followed by 10 exercises performed for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in  between. No equipment is required for this full body workout.

Warm Up

Each warm up exercise is performed for 45 seconds each.

Air Squats
Walk Outs
Reverse Lunges (right side in front)
Reverse Lunges (left side in front)
Squat to Hamstring Stretch

Workout

Perform each exercise of 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest.

Lower Body

Squat Jumps
Cursty Lunges
Squat – Knee to Elbow

Upper Body & Core

Leg Raises
Bicycle Crunches
Tuck Hold
Russian Twists
Slow Climbers
Shoulder Tab Push Ups
